FYI, Shelter Green is available only on Ranger Raptor. If I was interested and could afford $57K for a Raptor, I would get either Cactus Gray or Azure Gray.

Here's a vid with Shelter and Azure.

After looking at some real life photos and videos of the green, it’s out as an option.

I’m looking at the RR for sure. The Azure Gray has replaced the green for consideration.
I’m going to stop by a dealership today and see if they have any vehicle models in those colors on the lot.
I don’t think the green is offered on any other models but the Azure is.

Good idea, as most computer images and photos don't represent the colors true to life. If you find a Ranger in Azure Gray, or any other color (except Oxford), be sure to go back at different times of day to get a real idea of the look. EX, Sometimes Cactus Gray looks gray, other times it looks a shade of green.

I kind of like the Green. I have seen a few Bronco's in the green *(not sure if that's the same exact color) and it is a great color. You are the one that will have to live with it HC!! That being said in Texas a lighter color would be better in the heat down there??

If my raptor order comes to fruition I went with shelter green primarily because I plan to do an olive drab wrap on the truck. This means areas I won't be applying the wrap won't be as jarring to the eye in color differences; ie; a green wrap on a red truck.

In the video that Morgan posted it's obvious that Shelter is a 3-stage metallic so it will 1) be fantastic 2) be a shape-shifter. It looks almost brown in some angles of the video.. I also vote Shelter because I love metallic paints.

Back in 91 I had a 3000GT VR4. They called the color Jamaican Blue. It was more green than blue but also had gold and silver metal flake and 4 coats of clear coat. It really was like looking into Jamaican water. That car at the time was, expensive, a blast to drive and a real babe magnet. Strange women would approach and ask for rides. I still have a piece of that car, a hood teardrop so I’m reminded of the color

Here's the "money shot" I took of my AGM truck.....it really pops in the sunlight.

I agree with this. I have seen one in person at a local dealer.
