I have engine cover envy. I bought the Lariat but was robbed by Ford! At least I do have the manual cover, rear diff drain plug and hood struts.
Lucky! I was THOROUGHLY robbed. Didn't get any of those and to add insult to injury, Ford stole my front LEDs as well! Major pissed off!

Understanding you want to be on a budget, the basic bash plate you painted is very weak. The FX4 Skid plate that cost a few will do a better job. That is the reason for different skid plates. Dont get me wrong, color can help with appearance. But color can be changed if some one is truly concerned

Lolz, Yeah. I suppose if you expect to do a whole lotta plate bash'n, you may want to opt for a more robust replacement, but then, that pretty much goes for literally everything you can swap on a Ranger. I personally don't expect to do any real off-roading myself, which is why I also don't have a 6" lift, Fox shocks, Monstrously Aggressive Mud Tires or after market bumpers with a winch, but I get what you're saying. I personally prefer subtle modifications myself, but I suppose my age has allot to do with it.

I have some 22 gauge spare roof pieces from my workshop, think that will fly?
