Bronco/Ranger Front Suspension Compatibility

I used the search function and only found limited info. So sorry if this has been covered elsewhere on the forum.

Does anyone have concrete information on what front suspension parts from the Bronco can swap onto the Ranger? Seems like the whole coil over should just swap over. Any Bronco trims or only certain ones? Part #s?

someone on here has done a swap with bronco control arms and front shocks i think. I recall it required a fair bit of custom work to get adapted tho, like new shock buckets.

Short answer, they don't swap over without modification

Here's an example. It wasn't easy but also not too much. Its on my list of considerations. Mostly because 37s look sexy.
