So Ford finally bought back my 19’ lariat 4x4. Was in the dealership for the first time in December of 19’ bought it new in October 19’. The modem on the truck never worked. No ford pass, WiFi, remote start etc. 7 different attempts in a year and a half and had enough. It took an email to the CEO,CFO, and top CSR executive to get anywhere. Once corporate got back to me, check in hand in three weeks. I opted for the cash out option. Bought the new ranger for 38,968 OTD with 6500 cash down, 2000 In rebates/down, z plan pricing and 1500 cash private ford offer. Sticker for 46,410. 3627 in taxes, 717 in title is a tough hit in Arizona. I Also got a 1500 cash private offer from Ford which is why I only put 6500 cash down. So overall, I got a helluva deal in this market. I originally financed at 1.9, but ford is only offering the 3.9 now with the inventory shortage. If I go 0% lose all rebates and they weren’t offering it on the rangers right now. Happy with the truck. Only difference with this one and my first one is Fx4 package. Swapped my lomax hard cover, running boards and bought a new tailgate dampner. (Yup I know) the final invoice was cheaper with rebates and cash offer from Ford.
