Mine came with a bedliner and while I didn't like it cosmetically at the time, I'm keeping it. I had to drill some holes through it to mount the brackets of the bed extender, now I'm looking to install the Wolfhaus DC adapter. I'm thinking of pulling it loose to figure out the minimum amount of hacking I'll do to access it, unless I can figure how to very accurately measure where the factory opening is behind the liner. If you have a bed liner go with one of these.
If you don't have a bed liner, go with one of these.
If you have a spray in liner, go with one of these (anti skid).

I would ALWAYS go with a Bed Mat for a bunch of good reasons. Skid, sound, protection, etc.
