Starting to read through all of the options for Ranger bed crossbars. Would love to hear about, and see everyones favorite setup!

I am ordering the BillieBars 8” system. Will add on the woopy tire kit as this is primarily for transporting bikes.
I measured the height of my roll-up tonneau cover at different points and they should work together. I do plan to cut their bracket and bolt it to the top of the bed rails.

That's a sweet setup! Wondering if those are very noisy when nothing is attached to them?

They are not noisy at all. They work great. Right now, I have ski racks attached to them. In the summer, I will have my RTT on them. They are ridiculously strong. When I push and pull on them, the whole truck moves. The way they have them mounted is quite sturdy and secure.
