Nothing likes to stick to oil, dirt, wax whatever else you think. Clean is your friend.

I just posted some photos of our cover and its latches in another thread and I'll post them again here. I'd not get this cover, if i could do it over again. The latches take up to much box space when full and are difficult to actuate.

I went with the Vanish soft tonneau cover by ACCESS. Installed it about 3 months ago and it's been great so far. It keeps everything in the bed dry (minor drops will get in through places where the seal isn't perfect... likely the tailgate area) but nothing to worry about. It was reasonably priced, made in USA, and looks great on the Ranger! It sits almost flush with the top of the bed (about .25"-.5" above the top) and material has a nice leatheresque appearance to it. I wasn't too worried about sacrificing the security of a hard top since I don't plan on keeping anything too valuable in there. I'm currently rolling around with a couple of foldable canvas chairs that max out at ~$10 each. it's mostly for our road trips and weekend trips to visit family.

I have the same as Rick. No problems. AutoAnything is the place to check it out .

Do seals with 3M tape adhere well to spray-in bed liner ?
Clean Clean Clean mine still did not want to stick. I used some black door window & siding caulk. Worked great. It will move around until the caulk cures which is good so you can get it in the proper position.

I did the "Roll N Lock". $1600 on web. $1100 from Summit Racing Two guys, 1 hour install. Love it.

Which Roll N Lock model did you get and did you order straight off the internet or call in for price?

Thanks.

Just got the Gator Trifold, so since just installed the only thing I can comment on is the install itself and the quick shipping from Real truck. The install took all of 15 minutes to do it looks great and for the price. if I have to replace in a few years I wouldn't complain. I liked the fact there was no mod required (drilling etc.) I do wonder how well the front clamps will hold up since they seem to be plastic I worry over time they will get brittle and crack. I guess only time will tell. Again Kudus to realtruck.com I believe 4 days from order to delivery.

Just another incredibly super average dude
I splurged for the Paragon cover and absolutely love it. I can't speak to anyone else's negative experience, but it does everything well. It doesn't flap around when folded back. It super easy to remove from the bed and stow in the back seat, then reinstall. The fit and finish are perf. My only complaint was that it was a bit of a PITA to install when you have to line it up to secure.. Other than that, I personally haven't seen anything else even close to it that I like.

I had installed a Tuff Lid. It's a lockable roll up type. Stays very dry in the bed. Also has T rail channels. It cost me $640 installed.
