BedTred Impact Bed Mat & Tonneau Cover questions

Please forgive me if this has been posted before.
I'm looking to see what you guys think of these products.

BedTred Impact Bed Mat
I love the idea behind this! Is it tough stuff though? Think it will hold up for years?
Should I get the spray in bed liner too or can I do without it? I doubt I will carry any construction type stuff but I will be living in a salty air environment.
I'm hearing that the covers don't seal well on the forward lip when there is the liner installed.

As for the Cover I am torn between the BAK Flip MX4 and the Undercover Ultra Flex
I like these because you can open and close the tail gate without lifting the cover up.

I am so excited about getting my new Ranger Lariat.
My wife thinks I am obsessed LOL I am!

Same here. Similar prices and function. The Ultra Flex has a 5 year warranty versus BAK Flip MX4 havng 3 year warranty. But not sure how much can go wrong.
