Jeep did announce remote charging networks over a year ago, but they look nothing like what was shared.

I can assure you that it isn't photoshopped. I took a picture of the TV screen. It showed this twice in the commercial, which was shown during the wonderful Bama, Tennessee game today. I too might have thought something this RETARDED would have been altered in some way if I hadn't seen it for myself.

I'd think that the commercial was probably to exaggerate/highlight the fact that Jeep is building a wireless charging network. Bit disingenuous to take it literally and blow it out of proportion for a forum post.

Many ads have a disclaimer, usually in fine print like " professional driver, do not attempt", if jeep hasn't bothered maybe I'll just buy one of those gc evs and sue the pants off the model in the pic, or something to that effect.

yes, more stupid than that even. same spot pissed me off too. I mean lets pretend for a moment that we are all indoctrinated lil boobs, and think all this is great - saving the planet stopping climate change - excuse me crackup:???) ok im back- cleaning the air up etc... do all of us save the earth tree hugging tofu farting hippsters want to ruin even more of the earth by building a damn charge station every place we may want to walk our designer doodle dogs or eat foreign foods at or even drink over priced coffee near?? i consider charging stations like the one pictured - vandalism of the environment. I go to places like they pictured to get away from all the man made crap in the cities and concrete jungle.

Wow! Lighten up, man! My God!

This was meant to be a J O K E ! I thought it was silly as hell that they actually showed a sqeaky clean charging station in a location that is the most unlikely place to ever find one.....not even in a hundred years. If you are aware of the electric transmissuon/distribution infrastructure (which i happen to be), this just comes across as the silliest selling ploy ever and it is embarrassing as a human being to think that anyone would look at this and get any increased sense of confidence in this EV crap being forced down or throats by this. And the disclaimer at the bottom made this even more hilarious.

... so to recap...IT WAS A JOKE....get it now?
