Still troubleshooting before I pull the trigger on parts.

Pulled the dust shield completely, no bright spots anywhere. Drove a couple laps around the cul de sac with it removed. At least I know it isn't that.

When you changed out the brake pads, did you put the anti-rattle clips in the wrong way? If so, that would cause the edge of one of them to contact the rotor, especially if you didn't pull, clean, and lube the caliper slide pins.

After double checking the clip hardware for the 4th or 5th time I bought a new set to swap out just in case ..... No dice still squealing in left hand turn. Decided to see the difference in how the wheels rotated when jacked up. Here's the driver side. Pretty difficult to get started by hand.

Here's the passenger side. Doesn't resist starting the roll and continues rolling longer.

My brain keeps going back to the bearing/hub ???

You could try a couple of things in the Troubleshoot:

Grab the tire - Top & Bottom and Side to Side - Rock it - is there any play as compared to the other side.

Pull the calipers off and spin it, is there a noticeable difference and possibly use a mechanics stethoscope and listen to the hub.

One way to eliminate the caliper and I normally would not recommend this:
But this will at least isolate the Hub or CV Joint - as the source

Pull the Caliper and get the pistons fully retracted.
Make a note (visually) is one piston out farther than the other?
This would show a sticking piston
Reinstall it - and get a pair of vise grips (wrapped in tape or use a piece of vacuum hose)
Pinch off the brake hose and take it for a (Slow Speed) drive and get it into a turn.
If the noise remains - it's not the caliper or pads generating the noise
If the noise goes away, then it is still a possibility that the Hub Bearing has enough play to allow the rotor to shift and slightly contact the pads.

Just be aware you will not have braking action on the LF.

And just for curiosity as the manuals only give it a (MENTION-NOTE)
The inner pads are side specific - with no direction (in the manuals) for specifics on that note:

This is the (ONLY) mention (NOTICE) in the manual

NOTICE: Make sure the brake pads are installed in the correct position. The inner brake pads are not interchangeable from right-to-left. The outboard brake pads can be installed on either side of the vehicle. Failure to install the brake pads in the correct position may result in damage to the brake components.

So - by process of reading outside the lines of the manual:

The Inner pad has the wear indicator (squealer) ensure the squealer pad (is indeed installed) on the IB side.
PLUS - for the side specific
Ensure the wear indicator (squealer) is installed with the (squealer) - on the bottom of the pad.
closest to the ground (as installed)
If the pads are reversed - the squealer will be on the top, if this is the case swap them.

I know you mentioned swapping the pads from Left to Right but are they correctly installed?
