Is this the same flange every one else has on there rear diffs?

Is there a fix/adapter I hate this rear end and I have these style ones rebuilt ready to put in and not helpful if I can’t get them to adapt I’m wanting to make an adapter but if there’s one out there to try I’d give it a go

I haven't seen an adapter but... I'm sure someone could machine the adapter.
