Anyone check out the Bronco yet?

[wanted33]

my dealer just got one on the lot.
i want to test drive it so bad, but i'm busy for the next few days before i go back to work.
just my luck.
Sasquachy too
looks soooo nice in the pic.

RP, it should still be there when you get time. It's probably what they call a "Dealer Mannequin", and it is for the customer test drives. Get on down there, drive that thang, and let us know what you think.

reviews I've seen are all positive and more than one mentioned that in the tester's opinion it's as least capable as comparable Jeeps - but provides much better on pavement manners and it's less expensive than Jeep counterparts.

Sat in the Sport version the other day and I like it if I squint my eyes and picture it having bigger shoes. With the stock wheel/tire setup the Bronco is fugly. The way Ford designed the new Bronco demands beefy tires. Otherwise it looks like a top heavy cube.

I think the wheels would look good on my Ranger - if they fit?

All will except the Sasquatch wheel which are a different offset. Stock wheels are +55 like the Ranger wheels.

That was one of my 14,321 build options when I was planning to get a Bronco.

Interesting. Is the Sasquatch offset more positive than +55?

Lol...I think I've built just about every configuration and I finally have it narrowed down to two. Color I'm 75% still going White but that Area51 looks really nice too. I saw one on a Bronco Sport and it was sweet! I need to see one in person before I make my final decision. Of course they are coming out with a few new colors for 2022 so that could throw a wrench into this too.

I was all over the place.

Sasquatch are a +30 which is needed for clearance with the 35" tires. I found the link on B6G and ZachDanger explains it well. He knows just about every statistic about the Bronco.

Thanks, I was just reading that! The Sasquatch wheels are a 17x8.5 +30 offset. They will fit perfectly with a 2" lift and tires.

I have a White Badlands, High package, 2.3, auto, sound deadening headliner ordered.

Considering a White Base SAS, mod front bumper, sound deadening headliner, aux switches, 2.3, auto and then just mod the heck out of that one.

I built the Black Diamond several times and just never saw any value in it. Once you SAS it you're not far off from a Badlands with more options. I do like that interior the best though with the blue accents.

I saw the same thing with the Black Diamond. Not sure what they were thinking with the interior accent colors based on trim levels.

[AzScorpion]

Me neither! They had a video last year that shoed the "design team" that made all these up.

I'm not crazy about the orange accents on the Badlands but I can live with it. With the white exterior it won't be bad but can you imagine getting a red or blue exterior with this? With the doors open (or off) it'll look like hideous. They should've had an option for an all black interior across all models.

My wife has the Outerbanks, we love the lil guy.
