Lookie who's on the Bronco Sport forum

In lurking on the Bronco forum it seems like all that the Ford account does on forums is ask you for your VIN and then PM's you who your nearest dealer is so you can work it out with them. It doesn't seem like they really represent the company in any solid way. People seem to mock it on the Bronco forum because it is generally unhelpful. Just sayin'.

at least someone is reading about the issues on the platform

Automakers lurk on all the forums. Subaru especially is known for that and denying warranty claims based on mods and racing people have posted with their WRX’s.
