Marc, my vote for Vice-Poobah in the Grand Poobah's abstentia would be for Al @Texasota. We have seen his aquiescence to the all powerful tailgate damper. He has admitted that his adversion to said tailgate damper was ill concieved, and has prostrated himself before the master. His humility, and humbleness toward our exhaulted leader proves he has no other designs to the throne. What say ye......

I never participated in a forum until I found this one while researching the Ranger and saw the helpfulness.

Thanks to all for winning the good humans award on this thread. After the last two weeks of the news and experiencing a family loss a little over a week ago, the empathy, care, and humor on this thread lifted my spirits - from the internet no less! Well done.

I'm sure it had nothing to do with that, and everything to do with not turning this place into another social media platform. This is the place we come to discuss our trucks, not politics and the like.

Well, it really was a simple question, would you rather INSTALL a TGD or GET (implying a shot).

The intent was to move the whole rager and damper stuff off the Where's Dave Thread, and the Poll one devolved into massive atomic war.

Well. My opinion, there were 2 threads that sort of devolved into an "I'm right, you're wrong" bitch fest, even if mild bitching. I realize people can ignore threads if they choose to, and I even made a last comment in one and said I was leaving because it was veering off the topic beyond repair. The threads could have been left to those who wanted to beat the dead horse, but to what end?

ETA: Oh, and wellcome back to the living, Dave. It's better above the sod.
