I live in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. I have a 2022 Ranger Raptor with 12 ,000 miles no modifications but I have a 52kg camper shell on back for my tools and dogs. I noticed this small bed crack 6 months before I had my camper. Didn’t think much of it. Now it’s massive and the weld inside the bed I assume is broke. And it sounds like someone is playing a steel drum when I hit bumps. So I was driving the other day and saw another 2022 raptor Ranger parked. I asked the owner if he had an issues with the bed. He laughed walked me over to his Raptor. SAME THING! Now it gets better, my neighbor has a standard 2021 Ranger xlt,,,,,,,,I asked to look, his bed too is cracked. Ford rejected my warranty due to a camper, I’m pissed, these other guys are all contacting Ford International. What a cheap POS bed or weld or engineering flaw. Hope we don’t have to lawyer up. Always both of our brakes scream when used while truck is in reverse… another wierd issue
Come on Ford be better than this. Here are all 3 how can Nissan, Toyota, Chevy etc all have beds capable of a shell or rack but if you spend $70,000 on Ford tough production Raptor you better not take it off road
