Does anyone know how to adjust the MPG reading? I had an F-150 and could adjust the MPG in the toolbox section of the display..You could add or subtract the readings to match the actual computed from the gallons purchased and the miles driven...

That's cool , didn't know you could do that . Mine seems to only be off by <1 MPG
It was driving me crazy (OCD here) being off that much so I was happy to find this. What's weirs was it seemed to correct itself around the 3rd tank but then was off the next two. After another fun tank it corrected again and has been perfect since. I use the Fuelly app to log in my fill ups and check it with that.

Once you start modding with bigger tires, lifts, tunes etc, you will stop looking at mpg. Lol. I know I did.
I was the opposite, I wanted to know how bad a hit each mod was doing. lol

With the larger tires and level I lost about 1-2 mpg. Then I switched to premium fuel and added the tune and gained that back. Well only when I'm not laying into it.

Oh I looked. Never again. Lol. I know my 87 tune helped a lot. I’m doing 17 city/19-20 hwy now. Haven’t used my 93 performance tune yet with premium being $4.00 a gallon here. Should be fun since my 87 tune lights up my 33’s from a stop ?

Oh you have to load the 93 performance tune, you'll never go back. lol. I look at it this way, the difference between 87-91 here in only 0.30/gal (Costco) so for an extra $4-$5 it's worth the SPG... Smiles Per Gallon. ?

That’s how it was with my EB F-150. I always ran the 93 tune or E30 tune. Lol. It’s about $12 a tank difference here between 87 and 93 which isn’t too bad I guess.
