When the Adaptive Cruise Control is disabled (2021 Ford Ranger Lariat) and then you turn the cruise control on, there is three chimes warning that the ACC is not enabled. Anyone know how to disable the chimes?

Thank you in advance.

If it can be done it will be via Forscan. There's no setting in the normal controls, I'm sure for liability reasons. Ford doesn't want you to be able to turn off a safety feature and then also disable the warning that the feature is disabled.

I know I get the chimes of the ACC is disabled because a sensor is blocked.
I thought there was no chime if you set the CC type to regular? I may be wrong there, or confusing this with how my Edge worked.
If my ACC is disabled, I typically am in conditions where I shouldn’t use regular CC, so I cannot recall doing a side-by-side comparison.

Thanks, I haven’t been able to determine which module in FORScan to disable the chime when ACC is disabled and activate standard cruise control. If you could lead to the correct module/setting, it’ll be greatly appreciated.
