It seems strange that you get the mildew odor so quickly after a rain. Almost like the moisture is reactivating dormant mildew that is already present.

Agree , and somebody , (the dealer should have done this after the first time ), is gona have to pull the damn carpet all the way out , or at least peel it back from all 4 corners and under the dash and look for the bad spot that is UNDER the carpet , padding is the bad guy here ...

+1.. it's all a guess with that carpet masking the location. maybe even putting down some paper everywhere to see what paper is wet.

water leaks suck! If you have the money take it an independent shop. They can probably fix it quicker than the stealership. I was tired of getting jerked around by the dealers in my area. Leaking windshield.
