Sorry about your situation OP, you have a right to be frustrated. Ignore the above post totally its really not cool.
Most states lemon laws basically state that they have X number of attempts to fix an issue like this or if your vehicle is in the shop for X amount of time during the initial period of ownership than you are entitled to a buy back or remediation. In this case Iām sure they would replace the transmission under remediation. If this next attempt doesnāt fix it I would take a look at your local lemon laws and decide how to proceed.
In my state they get three attempts to rectify the situation then you have to write them a certified letter giving 30 days to correct the issue. Once 30 days passes you're legally clear to request one of the options above. Good luck with the situation and I hope you can get it straight. It really sucks not being able to enjoy a new truck!
