35s on the Ranger

Got the 35s mounted up! 35x12.50r17 on 17x9 wheels with 0 Offset. Had to cut the crash bars front and rear, remove the blocks behind the rear fender liner, and the front block near the fender, as well as some minor fender trimming in the rear. Pics to come of the trimming. Overall really happy and it looks mean!

It runs surprisingly well actually! It rides like glass down the road and handles extremely well. The engine doesn’t really feel like it’s lacking power and it’s getting through the gears like normal. Those who have rode in it complement on how smooth it is!

Good choice on the grabber x3. Had those on my 4Runner. They’ll roll through anything and are very comfortable on/off road.

excellent. that mpg does not sound too bad, most of the half ton full size are in the neighborhood.

My avg MPG is sitting at about 17.4 after putting my 32 inch Grabber X3s on. I would happily take the additional 1 MPG loss for 35s.

I am averaging 17.9 mph after going to 33s (285/70/17 so not a true 33). I was closer to 20 when I was on my 32s (265).
