285/70R17 with Fox Performance 2.0 level kit

Hey all,

I was curious if anyone has this setup or very close? I am trying to figure out if I upgraded to 285/70/R17 tire with the Icon Compression wheels that have 5.75in backspace and 25mm offset if they will fit without removing the crash bars. The truck is used to off-road pretty much every weekend and will be under compression and full lock. Thanks for the info.

I have an Icon stage 3 kit set at 2" lift with UCA's with the same wheel & have 265/70R70 Goodyear's. Zero rubbing at full bump. I'm pretty sure you'll need to modify or eliminate the crash bars with that large of a tire. One of the reasons I went with that tire was because I didn't negatively affect the gearing of the truck and create additional issues.

Bigger than 265 you'll need to remove crash bars and have an offset of at least -22 I believe. Im going to a 3 in level, no bars, -1 offset in the next week or two.

I have the ford performance level kit and 275/65r18 federal couragia’s and had to remove the front bars. Stock 18” wheels with 1” spacers. I’d say with that size tire the front will for sure have to be taken out and more than likely the back as well. Especially if she’s going to be used off road. I am taking mine out to some trails tomorrow or Tuesday and I hope to not have any rubbing issues but it’s fairly tight with my smaller tire than you intend to run.
