265/70r18 with stock rims

How’s it going,

So my question is if I can place 265/70r18 with stock rims on my Ranger. I have Fox 2.0 front coilovers and rear shocks. Along with an Eibach 1” rear block. Will I need to remove the intrusion bars to make it fit?

Anyone use this tire size before?

I have that exact setup minus the 1" block in the rear, you are good to go.
