So they're fixing the clutch fan weak link, how nice of them ?It sounds like it will be a direct carry over from the 5g. The only difference that I noticed from the press event reviews was an electric fan versus the belt driven one we currently have.
That means we will be able to use them right? I know I know, I must be dreamingSo they're fixing the clutch fan weak link, how nice of them ?
Would be nice if it was a retrofit , fix a potential problem, eliminate the whoosh fan noise when cold and maybe pick up a couple HP from eliminating the drag. That means we will be able to use them right? I know I know, I must be dreaming
Freeing up some HP is what I was aiming for. This thing has plenty of get up and go seeing as I came from an 01 F150 4.2/5 spd.Would be nice if it was a retrofit , fix a potential problem, eliminate the whoosh fan noise when cold and maybe pick up a couple HP from eliminating the drag.
Why do the ignition coils look like they have some kinda shielding to prevent water intrusion?we got a 24 Eco boost mustang in stock today, here are some pics of the motor , intake manifold is funky looking with a smaller throttle body and all aluminum valve cover

I have had two dealerships tell me that the 2024 Ranger will have dual injection. They acknowledge that the online media states it is direct injection only but according to their service reps and technicians reference manuals, they say that is has direct and port injection. I guess time will tell.I know the new Mustang's are Di and Port injection. Does anyone have info if the 2024 Ranger 2.3 will be the same?
