I've been looking for full width steel off-road bumpers for a Ranger. Ranger Raptors have a different front end,
I want to use a light bar, and aux lights in the bumper wings and ready for a winch.
I did find bumpers in OZ but I have doubts as outside of US, those countries are fully metric and may not fit the US version of fractional system without modification.

I've looked at many sights of which I can find plenty for FORD F150, Bronco and all Raptures but none for 2024-25 rangers.

The Ford Ranger is currently assembled in two locations:

  • Michigan, USA: The Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne, Michigan, is the primary production facility for the Ford Ranger in the United States. This plant is responsible for building the majority of the Rangers sold in North America.
  • Thailand: The Ranger is also assembled at the AutoAlliance Thailand factory in Rayong, Thailand. This plant produces Rangers for global markets, including Australia, Europe, and other regions.
  • Ranger engines are made in Mexico.

You’ll have better luck with getting an answer on the Ranger 6G forum.

Keep in mind that the Front Bumper needs to match your vehicle for safety reasons. In Australia they have what we call the ADR Certification. That certification is for crash safety. Modern Vehicles including your Ranger have Crumple Zones. These Crumple Zones absorb impact damage so you don't have to. There are some Manufacturers in Australia(ARB included) that do a lot of testing to make sure each Bull Bar is compatible with the Crumple Zones Rating of each vehicle the Bull Bars are made for.

Also I find it funny that Ford now has the Ranger Engine made in Mexico. Nissan tried that with the VQ40DE and learned it was a bad idea and brought it back to Japan.

I found this article:

Starting with Ford's trucks, the venerable F-150 and the much wilder Raptor version are made at the Dearborn Truck Plant in Michigan. The Super Duty trucks and the full-size Expedition SUV are both assembled at Ford's Kentucky Truck Plant. Going down in size, the Ford Ranger is made at the Michigan Assembly Plant and the even smaller Ford Maverick is born out of the Hermosillo Stamping and Assembly Plant in Mexico. Although not exactly daily drivers, much larger heavy duty trucks that typically see work as dump trucks, buses, and similar use cases like the F-350 chassis cabs, all the way up to the F-750, are assembled at the Ohio Assembly Plant. Lastly, Ford's newest truck, the F-150 Lightning EV gets an entire factory to itself at the Rouge Electric Vehicle Center in Dearborn, Michigan.

I'm aware that Ford has a majority of the vehicles themselves made in the US. That was no question at all. I made my comment towards the Engine only. As mentioned above Nissan did that with one of their Engines and it was a disaster. That engine quickly got moved to the homeland for quay control purposes(and probably to help save money by not having to do it again). Who knows what Ford will do as I suspect problems
