Good news for those in the summer heat right now... ( it's been in the mid 90's the last week here in NC). Here is one of the first 2023 winter forecasts for the lower 48. Bundle Up! Looks like a return to a cold winter from the Rocky Mtn Front Range east.

Getting our first week of summer with no rain and 7 days in a row of 90+. Been pretty mild here for most of summer and lots of rain. Greenest i've ever seen it this late in summer.

Driving home after work the Ranger said 106°..........all I know is its hot!........in fact, on the way home I saw a tree chasing a dog! True story!
