Hey internet! Reaching out to you guys because I am lost on this one. My Ranger hasn’t been handling the greatest and I am looking at the rear suspension. I added the fox 2.0 lift kit about a year ago and now I am looking to maybe add a reservoir to the rears. Is it possible and where would I get one possible? Again completely lost.

Pretty sure your better off just buying new ones with reservoir. "Not handling the greatest" is not very precise. What about the handing and ride quality is bad? What other mods do you have? What tires as well?

That's not something you just add to a shock. That's something that is designed as a system to work with the valving in the shock and the application.

Like JF said, what are you trying to cure? These things are trucks, and they're always going to have somewhat of a bouncy 'truck' ride to them. Keep in mind as well, that the rear shocks have got to be a compromise, they have to work when the bed is unloaded as well as when it is carrying hundreds of pounds. In general, shock valving (Until you get up into the electronically adjustable type shocks) is set for one thing, so the other extreme is always going to suffer.

Like others have said, define a little more about what you mean - is the ride to soft, to harsh?

sometimes it could be as easy as putting a couple hundred pounds of payload in the bed - my tremor rides better with some weight in the bed than empty.

I also think the fox suspension performs better when you "hit obstacles" faster. ie when I crawl over railroad tracks at 15mph the rear end bounces a couple of times - if I hit the same tracks at 45 mph, I barely feel them.
