my power shutter is not working at all due to no power supply, anyone know any way it can be closed for time being. A manual way to close the shutter?
G'day mate, if you haven't figured why your question here didn't really translate, this forum is USA-centric and our Aussie Rangers are quite different (eg PX3 versus 5G). There's still heaps of handy info here, you've just gotta know the differences and filter accordingly. I tend to read a lot but rarely write here for this reason.

These best we have specific to ourselves would be saeb.net and unfortunately FB owners group pages.

I have the electric roll top too, have pulled it apart, and there's no way to manually operate it. It seemed to come as a surprise to the dealer when I explained to them that with a dead battery there would be no way at all to get into the tub on these models.

Well, that makes things much more clear! ;)

I kid because, here in North America, we call those things tonneau covers and what you call a tub, we refer to as a bed or box.
We use the term tonneau here to refer to either those soft or hard clip-on vinyl covers only. A gas lift fibreglass or alloy one would be called a hard lid here, but these slatted retractable covers are called shutters or roll tops.

Here's a detail about our use of the term tub that I didn't know until recently - apparently the correct term for the back of a ute (truck) with OEM body panel sides (as opposed to an aftermarket tray) is "style sides"! Does that one translate over there?

It certainly does - styleside is used here.
