Only 91 octane for me since new. If I could get 93, I would. Also, 98% of my gas is purchased at Costco for the Top Tier designation. When I am on a road trip and have to go to other than Costco, I look for Top Tier stations. Keeps the need for additives to a minimum.
" 7. Connect switched 12v power (if necessary). The center pin of the 3-wire harness is for switched 12v power and is not required for virtually any CAN bus vehicle. "
It powers up normally after I press both buttons at once.
I just set up my new Interceptor OBD2 gauge on my 2022 Ford Ranger. I have it set to display trans temp and boost. When I start the truck the display does not illuminate until I hit the 2 buttons. I contacted support and they told me to try non Ecoboost option. I replied to them that it did not...
100 Stradtman St. Cheektowaga, NY, 14206, near Niagara Falls. If my truck is that dirty, I am hitting the car wash any way but looks like a nice set up.
Good to know. I may wait on the Fitzstick and the extra-capacity Mishimoto pan until I am out of warranty in May. It will be 3 years and under 30K miles, so just about time anyway. Got mine at Sanderson but my local dealer in Prescott is Galpin and I have heard things that make me not want to go...
Amazon should. :) 2 thoughts. Check local laws for smoked lenses, they have other options. My Anzo's seem to be excellent quality, some of the other brands on Amazon may not be...
WOW! Not good. I have a nice pair in my garage I am trying to sell but I would say the cheaper option (and a nice upgrade) is something like this I put on mine. https://anzousa.com/collections/ranger/products/ford-ranger-19-23-full-led-tail-lights-black-smoke-lens-w-sequential-signal-for-all-models
I put this in my Ranger with the Dongar. Liked it so much I put one in my Jeep too. See attached sample video. Watch to the end and count red light runners. This is why you NEED one. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CDC82GGJ/?coliid=I3GU8XGS9XPBGN&colid=OY9SM76HDPRZ&psc=1&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it
Like @ControlNode said, it isn't that bad. I did the same as him and then a third time because I forgot 2 push pins and wanted it right. 2 tips. There is a push pin on the fender flare. Use an 8mm on the back side and push. It will collapse it enough that it will come out easy. Second, use a...
I went with Eibachs Pro-Truck. Improved handling on the twisty mountain road that I run twice a week and handling over fire roads and pot holes is vastly improved. They are reasonably priced and come with the Eibach Limited Million-Mile Warranty. You may find Bisteins rough on dirt roads. This...
I put $50/mo in a dedicated savings account. Have since new. If anything breaks, not a big hit. I go about 8000 miles a year. When I hit 80K and don't need it, I have a big chunk of cash towards my next vehicle.
Varies by tire spec and vehicle weight. My old 2002 Jeep Wrangler with 33's I used to go to 12 psi, even drive it 7 miles home on a paved road when I got lazy. Sand is pretty soft, as long as you don't take hard corners, 15 should be OK. Momentum helps a lot in sand and mud as well.
