I tapped into a ign switched line in the A pillar. It does go up to the mirror.

My biggest issue was the unpainted ring on the wheel that is visible with the aftermarket lugs. And the contact surface of course.

I too use solder on certain applications - usually when I make a lighting harness. it just makes a cleaner job. and agree on quality solder joints (I still struggle) and Phil's point for not soldering. But I account for both by not having them in critical paths, ie if the line fails nothing...

I went with RC rear shocks as they where cheaper and in stock at the time. And I HAD to get rid if the FX4 shocks! Thinking a full set of Boosting but maybe should consider just getting RC front coil overs

Well just picked up my Truck. Rattle fixed! Turns out it was the rear shocks not the tonneau cover. My rear shocks were loose. ? When I replaced the spongy Fx4s I had some issues with missing bushings and when I re-installed the last time I forgot to torque them to spec. ? Luckily Crossroads...

Funny I just dropped off my truck yesterday for a rattle coming from back end. I thought it was suspension. They told me they could not diagnose with my folding Undercover and hitch cap and bed extender. Took it home last night and removed the hitch cover and bed extender, 30 deg this morning...
