For most repeater operation an FCC license of some type is required. What purpose will the repeater be used for? Recreational, business, public safety, etc.
I think that the 2019 manual said 5.7. 2020 manual says 6. I put in what I take out and it is usually just under 6. The level is even between the two bars on the stick the next morning.

I'm in Texas, but when I travel to Oklahoma, I get similar fuel mileage because they have options for Ethanol Free gasoline that doesn't have high price mark-ups. You might be getting Ethanol Free gas even if you are not selecting it.
