Regarding the ScanGauge, how do you enter the Ford supplementary codes or are they there already. I monitor boost temperature miles per gallon.
If you have the instructions, follow the "X-Gauge instructions". So you'll go into a menu that will allow you to create new gauges by using code parameters to measure with the ScanGauge and then the codes are charted out here that you'll use as it walks you through each parameter for a gauge. https://www.scangauge.com/support/x-gauge-commands/ford-lincoln-mercury/

Hope that helps! If you need, I can take a pic of the instructions and post that up too.

Got my Bushwhacker sill/rocker guards and WeatherTech mud flaps installed today. Got both from Carid along with the husky rear mat. Very pleased with fit and finish of all items

Is this the mat that sells for $139? Just curious as I want to order one and want to make sure I order the correct mat. Yours looks great. Thanks!

so I noticed the X Gauge parameters here

https://www.scangauge.com/x-gauge-commands/ford-lincoln-mercury-specific-cansf/

Not sure how to get that information into the ScanGauge. I'm just wondering if the headings on top of the red indicators is the actual mode that should be selected for each indicator. Or can I select one mode like rxd and have everything else show up for Ford.

I see these along the top of the chart. Are those the modes? And which do you use for the Ford Ranger

So you'll have to input each parameter for it to work. If you go into the X-Gauge setup, it will walk you through each one in the order they're listed there for you to input them and you use the side buttons to make them all match (a bit tedious but that's their system and hopefully you only have to do it once or a few times). Then itll take you back to the home screen and you just toggle your new gauge onto it. I'll attach the instructions pages here too.

I use it to monitor trans fluid temp for...reasons I'm not allowed to discuss yet but will be clear likely by summer of this year.

I installed the tailgate damper this morning. It installed easily and works as advertised. I did have to buy a T50 Torx bit. My only regret is I wished it was a hidden mechanism like the F150 damper is, but is not that obtrusive and I only notice it because I know it is there.

How do you like the hood protecter with the built in lights? I've been sitting with it in my cart for awhile. You are the 1st one I've seen with it.
