Well, I'll take one for the Team. I asked the Seller if this will fit my NA Version Ranger and he has come back and said yes.
It is Returnable, in the event it isn't really compatible. I just ordered it and will let you all know how it goes!

Miss my old Stepside ranger... I didn't even have to go all the way to the back to hop into the bed. I had a step built right into the side. Super handy.

I would like to have a bed step on my 19 Lariat extended cab
Mounted near of back tire to a Leo stop on y tailgater when it’s down

cant seem to find anything that does not require drilling.

I contacted Amp Research to see if they will be offering their "BedStep" for the new Ranger (had seen one on an F150). Was told they had no plans to make one.

I then found Bestop's "TrekStep"
It was shown as out of stock when I ordered it last week.
They said they should have it back by next month,
however I just received it, and hopefully I will install it this weekend. No drilling required per instructions.

I' have been waiting patiently for a kit to lower the rear end a few inches, but this should help this geezer climb in that bed in the mean time.

It’s not about a step for a closed tailgate. It’s fir. Step to help you get into the bed when to tailgate is down.

Problem is that you can't use the bumper step when the tailgate is down
