Well, changed my oil, and rotated the tires. Found this when rotating the tires was not there last oil change.

Perfect excuse to put some great ones in there. I went with Eibachs and they ride and handle awesome! Great article and my go to site for suspensions. Great support by suspension fanatics. I thought I'd post this here instead of the Telematics thread.

Today, I defeated the telematics spy device. I unplugged it.
Also used FORScan to defeat it as well, just incase a sharp mechanic sees it unplugged.

Lastly, fuse #9 telematics power, is joined to fuse #8 with a common lead. I hooked up the #9 side to a good sized 6 volt battery and blew it out. Then I put the fuse back in so that #8 has power. I had no tiny 10 amp fuse for the #8 side.

I see no weird things going on. It even sees my wi-fy but it doesn't connect because it doesn't have the password.
Phone still connects with bluetooth and cable, and everything works.
(can Ford spy through the phone?)

Deleted Fordpass. I rarely ever used it, don't need it.

Yep, it works with no negative side effects that I've found.

I'm not sure if Ford can connect via your phone, but Flock certainly tracks WiFi and Bluetooth devices now. And ties it to your car picture, License plate, and your face! Isn't tech fun!

Used my new Badlands jack to diagnose a bad tie rod. Clunking is driving me nuts. Researching replacement outer tie rods now.
