Its funny how things work out, but I am looking at selling my baby and moving into a used 2023 Lariat trim F150 Lighting. For up-coming business ideas, CA Gas Prices, EV credits from utility its a no brainer. Its loaded with everything I want including advance tow package, intergrated brake controller, and so much more. Gonna test drive it tomorrow but If they give me fair trade on the ranger I am pulling the trigger. screw gas and oil... We will be 100% BEV...

Orginal Sticker was 80K.... holly smokes someone paid close to 70K or more

Sweet dude let us know what you think! I’ve always been skeptical of the lightning but I’m open minded  especially curious as far as handling goes and just driving comfort and pedal response

Check the Vin for the battery pack recall that was issued because some had bad cells and ford will replace the pack.. They definitely are giving them away now in my area to clear the lots now that they are discontinued.

I have my eye on a 2024 or 2025 flash trim. pretty sure those were not effected. flash is the sweet spot for the lightnings

OK, I thought you said you were looking at a 23. Talk to the techs at the dealership to get their opinion because I have read there are still battery problems on some vins.

the 23 was a lemon buy back dealer was hiding
That's what I was wondering. The 24s and 25s aren't much better if you get unlucky. The tech for evs at your Ford dealership is the best source of information on them.

honestly, that's what warranties and lemon laws are for. being in the state of California shouldn't be a problem. I'm not too worried about it. hour 2022 Chevy bolt euv has been flawless so I'll take my chance. I'll roll the dice
