What did you do to your Ranger today?

I ordered the blue dashboard decals off eBay. They are not a perfect fit, and appear to just be made from a font and not actually measured to fit precisely.
They are driving me nuts now and will probably get ripped out soon.

Hi Folks,

I gave my Ranger a rest after yesterday, Friday the 13th when it did battle in the open air Mall where I picked up the Christmas packages at the UPS store..It was shaking in its poor boots by some of the foulest snowbirds on this planet.

Pretty proud of the Ranger today. Heavy snowfall and power outages. Electrical utility truck was stuck on an incline with a trailer (and something that resembled a generator on it). Hooked onto it with a tow strap and pulled him up to safety. Put a smile on my face. 4 low and didn't even have the diff locked . I should have taken a picture. The best part? My wife did the the driving and I don't think she's done anything like that before.

Then installed AVS. Easy installation: Remove 8 plastic tabs, slide deflector under rubber hood seal, install new tabs. Hides well with the Magnetic.

Looks like it is a day for deflector installs... finally got my Ford Deflector on! Very simple even with the no word directions.

We all know you can add all the parts and horsepower to your truck you want, but none of them actually add any performance unless you put on the stickers that came with it.

I was going to put the Blue/White one on the glass, but my RainX game is strong and the decal didn’t stand a chance.

Uninstalled my Ford Deflector. About 10 miles into my commute today I notice the shield flopping around... pull over to find the plastic broken around all but 1 of the mounts. This is NOT an install issue as the mounting hardware is secure and the shield broke around each... Curious if anyone else has seen this.

Let's see, I washed the truck and applied Bead Maker to the exterior. Awesome stuff. Installed new LED low and high beams. Installed N-Fab Epyx steps. Installed a tailgate damper so now tailgate drops slowly and controlled. Ordered Yakima roof racks for the ARE camper shell still waiting on. Husky floor mats. Husky front windshield sun protector. AND Katzkins leather on the seats (very nice). Ordered a ford rubber bed mat for the box once i get the camper shell installed. Received the Fumoto oil change valve and extender, with the clear hose for doing oil changes. Installed a Curt 4" drop with 2" ball in the factory receiver.

That is all for now. I may order a rear differential ford performance cover that holds more oil. Haven't decided on that one yet but will prolly do it later.

Wow, shockingly, I have already heard back from my dealer who will be replacing the shield. Thank you Lindsay Ford!
