There is NOTHING in the grocery store inner aisles that is healthy and safe to eat. We stick to orgainc produce and eggs, meats, etc. Essentially nothing in a bag, box or jar, except pure peanut butter with nothing else on the content label. Most people sacrifice their health for convenience now and I put a lot of blame on technology for this. There's an app for everything now and DoorDash is just a click away. Eating healthy isn't really that much more expensive just time consuming because you actually have to do something.....Cook it!
Even doing little things like parking far out in the parking lot and walking helps. I've been doing this forever because 1: I don't want someone hitting my truck and 2: It gives you a little moreexpertiseexercise walking a few more steps. Take a look at the ones fighting for the close spots, they're the ones who could use a few more steps. We walk 4-5 miles just about every afternoon because keeping your body moving and your circulation is one key to good health.
There's a lot of truth in this!

Recently a grocery chain was found to be spraying the fresh produce with preservatives known to cause cancers. It wasn't simply water!
Yes. My CRV requires that fee as well but my Ranger does not.You do have to pay a highway use fee for fuel efficient vehicles that get a certain MPG, including EV's and hybrids.

We no longer consume bread. We both become ill when we eat it.That
That's not surprising and it's almost impossible to get away from these toxic things from food, to water to meds and even OTC meds. I do a full cleans ever month and try and flush as much toxins out as possible because they're everywhere. I love it because it's quick and easy and only take s couple hours of your morning and after you're done you're GTG.
It's 1 liter of warm-hot water, 3 teaspoons of Himalayan pink salt and I use lemon but you can use anything to cut the taste which isn't really that bad. You're supposed to drink it within 20-30 minutes and it usually takes about an hour to work. It's smooth acting and doesn't cramp you up or keep you house bound all day, if you know what I mean. lol

I enjoy watching the drive thru folks get their order and then find a close by parking spot and proceed to chomp it down, I guess that's better than eating while driving. Yes some people bird or wildlife watch whereas a hobby of mine is watching the drive thrus, I have seen people get their food from the drive thru then proceed to drive away and throw the food wrappings from their vehicle, but the larger question is when is Ford going to start offering that steering wheel that they filed a patent on, it folds into a lap table so people don't have to worry about a greasy fry or ketchup drip inadvertently staining their apparel.Average American is a drive through living individual. “What? Walk? Me? Oh the horror!”
Edit: I actually meant “loving” individual. But in this case living works due to the amount of time so many folks spend in drive through lanes.
I 100% believe it's our food here making them sick. Just look up US food vs other countries and see how much different ours is. This is one of many out there showing the differences. More proof that big pharma pays off everyone from the FDA,CDC and our crooked politicians for profit! We no longer consume bread. We both become ill when we eat it.
We started making our own bread. Still got sick. Attributed it to gluten, but I suspect it is toxins like glyphosate. Our home made bread would only last 3 days before moldlng unless we froze it.
The aroma filled the house when we baked it! Taste was phenomenal. Nutrionally far superior to industrial breads. But we finally (years ago) left wheat behind, no pasta, no breads, nothing with gluten.
If we coud find a clean source of wheat I'd try it again, but it seems impossible to find nonGMO low pesticide wheat. Even when glyphosate isn't used for pesticide, it is still sprayed on grains to speed drying.
Our European friends visit, get sick after a few days, go home and get back to normal. They think (rightfully so) it is our food doing the damage.

The nine most terrifying words in the English language are....The only 5 things govenments really excel at:
And they've gotten very creative at all 5.
- separating you from your $$,
- protecting itself,
- war,
- lying,
- and exponential growth.

This is where we buy all our grains for fresh grinding flour to make our own bread and waffles. Amish run and they supply high end bakeries. I order on line and it's abut an hour ride for us to drive down and usually pick up a couple hundred pounds of beans and grains. https://www.senecagrainandbean.comWe no longer consume bread. I think they also ship.
I'll reach out and give them a try. I'll report back the results.I'm guessing shipping would be expensive to you but the fingerlakes is a great area to visit in the summer. I'm guessing you have an Amish population in your area that may know a similar operation by you. Nothing like crushing and grinding some different grains and making fresh 7 grain bread. Our Zojirushi is so easy to use and every loaf comes out perfectly without any work. Best house deodorant without chemicals.Thank You!I'll reach out and give them a try. I'll report back the results.
Our soil is very poor, good for tobacco, but not much else. Lots of red clay. I know a few Mennonites, but no Amish in our local area. We have family up north of Syracuse and travel annually in the fall... Might make the stop then. We own a Breville Breadmaker.
