I got an "order processed" but no shipping confirmation. Super cab not in stock? I'll hope for the best. :)
Same "Processed" status here, but I have a CrewCab... so cab config. may not have anything to do with the shipping status. I ordered later than most, so am chalking it up to that.

Waited til the last minute. Ordered textured black powder coat, no plate. I think I'm going to like the more "skeletal" look, and without a lift, I don't really need steps. Even if I upgrade to the Fox kit I'll only do a 1" level at most. Which is one of the things that pushed me to pull the trigger, having good plates and rock sliders means less of a lift needed speaking in broad strokes.

Was going a bit neurotic worrying about bolting 120lbs of steel on the truck, because of the loss in gas mileage of all things. Pretty sure one person opening their door on my truck or one step too deep off-roading would negate my 0.2 mpg fuel savings.

Whatever, its gonna be awesome. Thanks hoosier and shrockworks. :D

Anyone know if drilling a hole in your frame voids your warranty? I could see that being a thing.

Hi Joe,

I cannot say for warranty voiding, but anytime a frame hole was moved or added, I had to have my frame engineers run an new CAE analysis to ensure the hole did not create any stress cracking. Not often, but occasionally we would see a problem with hole placement and would have to move the hole to a less stressed area. Usually around 30mm or so. Also depends of the loading the hole sees. Fuel or wiring clip holes offer little loading, but something like a step bar or such is likely a different load case. The fact that the frame is boxed completely is a good thing on the 2019 Ranger. Does the hole need to be through both sides of the box?

Nope, just one hole on the bottom side of the frame

Oh, that's doesn't seem so bad. I would think that would be the least amount of possible fatigue on the frame. Definitely better than two holes drilled horizontally.

For those of us who missed this group buy (me), does Shrock have a discount code for Ranger5G members?

Installation was pretty simple I didnā€™t drill the frame and itā€™s actually only one hole. Iā€™ll get around to it soon, but for right now theyā€™re just strong step sides. Be careful moving that box around, itā€™s HEAVY and awkward but it was packaged really well. Also, kind of disappointed it didnā€™t come with the Shrockworks logo on the sliders like in the pictures Iā€™ve seen. Oh well, I guess thatā€™s just bad marketing on their part. Overall very happy with them. Wheels and tires are on the way which should complete the look.

oh man! you beat me! They have arrived in Denver but due to weather they aren't delivering to my house until the 11th! That's a complaint for the Shipper rather than Shrockworks though...
