What does this aftermarket hitch and step weigh?

TBH. Not real sure, but it kicked the fuel mileage down enough that I had to change my driving style just a little, to try and keep the fuel mileage at least in the low to mid 20s range. I just go by what the truck is telling me fuel mileage wise and what I can feel through the seat of my pants.
I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for your question on the hitch. I can definitely tell that it is back there though, because it originally was ordered without the hitch. The step is something that I can guess on the weight of, I held it before it was installed, and I am going to say that it probably weighs about 10 lbs.
Again, I'm sorry that I didn't have a direct answer to your question.

EDIT: It was not the weight of the trailer hitch and the step that caused the fuel mileage to drop off. It was the all terrain tires, that were installed on the truck before the hitch and step.
Since I first posted this, I have returned the truck back to the Goodyear Wrangler Fortitude HT tires that I was running on it since I first joined.
The fuel mileage is consistently higher than with the all terrain tires.
Goodyear Wrangler Fortitude HTs mpg is anywhere from 21 to 24 mpg.

Hell yeah... Can't take money with you when you die so spend all you can ! And it's so much better spending that money on something you love, like your truck (or your dogs, or guns) than it is on strippers and tacos. Go ApeShit !!!

How are you controlling your off-road lights ?

Also,,, are you installing the RC Bumper Slot Lights ? I have a set but I'm not going to use them. Overkill. If you can believe that.
