This is about as close as I care to be to an actual tornado. The Blue Ridge Mountains are not known for a lot of tornadoes, but this funnel cloud came way too close for comfort. View from my yard.

Had a vitrectomy on my right eye May 6. Pretty much completely recovered, it went very well. Follow up next Wed., will talk about left eye, but in no hurry. It's not as bad as the right eye was. Vitrectomy can accelerate the development of cataracts, so gotta consider that.
