And you will likely see a slight increase in mileage once your right foot calms down.

This by far is the best mod one can do to their trucks, glad your happy with it, your transmission will be also. I've held off on putting in the K&N filter as I have heard from members here that it does not provide enough filtration for our turbos. However, what I have not heard is what environment they are operating their trucks in. Experience has taught me that what Ford says is ok is not always accurate.

I agree about the K&N filter. I drive enough dusty environments and paper filters catch finer particles. I really don't miss that extra 1/4 HP at 6000 RPM. :) I never took mine out of the box. Been trying to give it away but no takers. Years ago, I had a Ranger with a 347 Stroker motor. At the dragway, I did a test and there was no difference between a regular paper filter and no filter at all in the air filter can.

I have had the FPT for years now and it’s great, but I’d like to reset my tranny to learn from scratch again. Can that be done with the FPT module or do I need to dig through ForScan?

I would think that putting it back to stock and then reinstalling the tune should do that. Might be a good time to check for updates before reinstalling as well.

I think if you go into the menu on the pro cal you can choose reset kam that should do it. No need to uninstall and reinstall.
