push toward the outside of the truck. i went parallel to the grill in front of the headlight liners.
one other trick..in the video they show putting the flat divider back in after you clip the grill back in. it's much easier to slide it in before and then snap the grill in.

Thanks! Would have been easier than wrestling against the radiator. My hands look like I was wrestling with a pit bull.

Installed the grille yesterday and damn u guys are damn right those tabs are a pain in ...I got very frustrated and unfortunately I had to yank the grille n in proces broke 2 of them.
But then after installing the lights n grille I felt better that I was able to accomplish this at the end.

I only broke one side tab on the original grill. I had no problem after I rewatched JoshMills’ video, and replicated using a stubby screwdriver on the INSIDE of the tabs.

I started painting my new grille. I pick my new truck up on Monday, so it will be the first mod. I still have work to do... gonna paint the surface of the letters gloss black and leave the red outline and then I'm painting the border of the grille either magnetic, like the rest of the truck trim, or gloss black. I haven't decided that yet.

Installed the grille. Missing the "Inline" splice to get power... but it's ready.

Were you able to find the yellow/green wire on top role of harness? That's the hot wire to marker and if you tie to that, your grill light would come on with the markers.
