Hi all,

Was just wondering if this is how the truck was designed, or if mine is faulty. My weatherstripping comes off really easily from both of my door windows if I just pull on it a little bit. It seems to not be very "glued" in place. Is this supposed to be that way, or is it supposed to be glued in place? Do you all think this is covered under warranty from the dealership? I got the truck about 3 months ago. I don't believe that the weatherstripping should be coming off after only a few months of owning the truck.

I believe someone else had a similar issue. As I recall it was fixed under warranty. Some additional adhesive was used to secure the weatherstripping.

It definitely should be covered under warranty.

That being said, my weather stripping on the outside of the windows are not staying secured completely. They're not falling off, but if I gave them a good tug, they'd definitely come right off with some ease. Also, they work themselves out of a certain spot and when they are just a bit out of place, they create a bunch of unwanted wind noise.
