I have been trying in vain since May to enter service I did on my truck on the ford website. I have tried a dozen times since then, have called Ford on multiple occasions to get this resolved and just keep getting bounced around with no resolution. On my end I have tried using three different computers, 3 different web browsers. Pretty damn frustrating to say the least. Keep getting the "Oops error!!" Has anyone else experienced this and how did you resolve it?

Mine worked about a week ago. Had to go to the site though. The app still doesn’t work.

No, I was successful adding records via the website last month.

Are you running any privacy apps, ad-blockers, anything piggy-backing to your browser that could be interfering? Try turning those off if so. Is your browser up to date? Update your browser software if not. Sometimes, for reasons I cannot explain, a complete cache dump (erase your cache via the history menu,) can fix an issue with a site during data entry.

Those are my best ideas... not really a tech guy, just a millennial.

I've tried 4 times on 4 different days in the last two weeks and even in two browsers, but I get the same error message you do. =(

I did mine about 1 month ago and no issues - just curious are you signing into your account on Ford Site? and not just the saved (favorite link)
and selecting all the (bullets) under that entry - depending on what service performed.

I cannot enter any either just get the Oops Error have tried on 2 different PC’s, Chrome and Edge browsers and my phone without any luck. Last month I was able to no issues when I did an oil change. Wish they would just leave stuff a lone it worked great when it was in the app - so easy to add records, not sure what the reason was for removing it.

I had no idea I could do that! Just went in and added my oil changes and shock/strut upgrades. No issues.

Changed my oil today and tried to enter a service record multiple times on the Ford site and getting an error each time. Fortunately I bought a vehicle maintenance log book and keep it updated
