OMG yes! I've never been a good sound sleeper and had a lot of stress when I had the business back east. Most mornings I could barely bend down to tie my shoes let alone touch the floor. I noticed a big change once I sold it and moved to AZ and had a lot less stress! I still don't sleep great but a lot better than I use to and next we're looking to get a new adjustable bed and good mattress which should help. I need to get up and stretch before turning on this darn laptop and getting on here. lolYeah I was the same way. Because I would only occasionally do it, I'd pull up a warmup vid and follow along and it added so much time. But once I kept it up and memorized it, it really only takes like 15 minutes to bang through it.
Odd thing I noticed was some mornings it was pretty uncomfortable and other mornings I would feel nothing like I had already done it. It was completely random too. It got me thinking how it could be caused by a bad nights sleep, stress or bad dreams even. You could start your day with a rough mental state, which in turn tenses your muscles up and as a result injure yourself physically.
