Does anyone flat tow their Ranger?

I am looking at towing my Ranger behind a motorhome and was checking here as to whether anyone has flat towed their Ranger. If so, do you have any recommendations?

I tow a 2022 Ranger with the Tremor package. So are I've towed it 9000 miles. No recommendations, just hook it up, set the truck tow mode and go.

Yes. That's the main reason I bought it. 2021 lariat 4x4.

I am setting up a 2019 Ranger XLT, wiring kit and base plates installed. Receiving different answers if I need the brake lite relay kit? Left to install 12v outlet for patriot brake system with break away line, battery charge kit and if needed brake lite relay kit. Any words of wisdom or advice is appreciated. Also, has anyone towed with RV waste tank on the back of the motorhome?

I bought a LED strip that goes under the tailgate and is separated from the rest of the factory system. Just has a harness that has a trailer plug under the front bumper.

This likely sounds like a gag but it’s a serious question.

I don’t plan on towing my Ranger but I’ve often wondered…could it be towed backwards using the hitch receiver?

Interesting idea, not sure if that legally qualifies as enough rear lighting. That light bar is not where people would normally look look for brake lights during the day. They would look for the tailights first.

It's an interesting question, but I suspect that the main problem that you'd run into is what @Big Blue referenced: what would serve as brake/tail lights? Perhaps if you got some of those magnetic brake/tail lights that tow trucks have, but then would that really be a cheaper/easier solution than mounting a flat-tow bracket in place of the front tow hooks or just getting a vehicle trailer?
That's without getting into the mechanics of towing the Ranger in reverse, which I won't even pretend to be qualified to comment on.
