At the RockAuto link you provided, scroll down to Motorcraft BRF1874 pads. They are the same as listed on your Leviton Ford link for $56.79.
I thought the part # are different?

Anyone have a link for how to replace front and rear pads?

The Levittown listing shows the BRF1874 as an alternate part number.

I don't have a link for how to do it, but the front was just as straightforward as you would expect it to be

Check your caliper pins/guides and grease as necessary is my only suggestion to avoid possible issue I had. Wondering if not greased properly from factory or something else

From what I understand the rears need the special compression tool

Time for me to get on here and have some fun right?!

To start I will state that that is very impressive with the amount of brake life you got so far. I'm going to guess you somehow managed a lot of HWY Travel with little to no braking. Nothing wrong with that at all.

As to answer your question. I can speak too much for aftermarket Pads, but I can say that whoever Ford Motocraft uses, it seems to be a great choice. You already have the longevity and I know the stopping power is there. Something you.may want to do(if not already done) is to bleed the brakes. If you have nasty fluid that has never been changed, then that will be the cause for most that have "weak" brakes.

Personal recommendation is to find the correct size of all the bleeder screws and order some Speed Bleeders. With those you will be able to make sure the fluid is clean and no air is in the system. Also you can do the job by yourself without anyone's help

My brakes's always been very effective from day one...never felt like I needed more braking even with the 285s and all my extra weight...somewhere along the way, I became obsessed with trying to milk any MPG I can get back after all the mods...I guess you can say my driving style is like "hyper miler"...I watch traffic and time lights so I can minimize if not eliminate hard braking...

At 125K, there''s still a lot of pads left...thinking of getting a full set of Bendix Priority One ceramics from Rockauto sometime this year...

Not necessarily...just as good but not so pricy...OEM is organic and over $65/pair...Bendix and Bosch are ceramic and half the price...
You've got $65 in lights in the fender vent alone, in EACH side of your truck

You're an odd duck, broseph. Buy the OEM pads. If they weren't performing or they were $150 a set I'd be right with you but 'c,mon

You have a point...but I'm curious about the extra performance + longevity + dustless characteristics of ceramic pads...not to mention I can buy more lights with the savings... ?

Are you finding the stock pads lacking in performance? You hanging out with @Loweredon33s around the track?

Performance is only a thing if you use it otherwise it's just extra money.

Not at all...the ceramic is better performing at half the price of OEM...

Funny thing about that. The Ceramic Pads you can find will actually not grab as much compared to a Semi Metallic Pad. It is more common for Trucks and SUV's to have a Semi Metallic Pad and Cars have the Ceramic Pad.
