That is a Lariat with the Tremor package.
My Ranger in the link above is a Lariat.....with the additional Tremor pkg.

Same laws apply over here, as there is a lot of unfenced paddocks once you move off the coast. A bit rich really, they can let their stock wander at will over a public road, but you have to pay if you hit one.
