Title says it all. I am not an aggressive driver. I’ve had the alignment done around 10k, rotate my tires, and it still seems to wear the rights differently than the lefts.

Any ideas? About to mention to the dealer when I get my transmission flashed for the 2nd time…

I can tell you my experience so far. I bought my 2021 Tremor with 6400 miles on it. It had a loud tire on it, that made the womp womp sound, due to uneven wear. It appeared to be the right rear tire by the sound of it. Now how with only 6400 miles on it does it get as loud as it was? The history is the previous owner had towed a heavy trailer or heavy load on a trailer and pulled it around the hills in West Virginia (if you've been there, you know what that's like). He even added a trailer brake to assist, thank goodness. He had put the top spec'd pressure 50psi in each tire (which is normal if you're going to pull a heavy load), but as a result, premature wear. As decent as they are, these General Grabber tires are not rated for super heavy load bearing. Staying within the 7500lbs Ford recommended maximum at 39psi will help the tires wear more evenly. ANYWAY, I rotated the tires myself here at home, crisscrossing to the front and just drove it a while (another 6k miles) and now it's pretty quiet.

I can't see any difference in your pictures? Can you take pictures looking straight at the tire?

My truck had even tire wear for 30k from the factory. I had poor alignment after the Fox 2.0 coilover install last August, which was corrected 3k later by a local tire shop. In those 3k, my front tires suffered pretty serious uneven wear (outside edges worn about 1/32-2/32" more than the inside. Too bad I don't have a picture (I put these tires in winter storage already). My alignment was off in both toe (too toe'd out) and camber. The moral here is, don't trust the 4 wheel part store that installs your coilovers to do a good alignment. Take it to a dedicated tire/alignment shop after suspension work. For me, no harm as I am putting new A/T tires on as soon as I switch out my winter tires next spring.

Visually from pics, no difference - possibly (slight) outer edge wear on RF.

The main things that affect outer wear are Toe (In) & Camber (+)
And Tire Rotation intervals and Rotation Pattern
and High-Speed Cornering

Tire Rotation: There is not a set by Ford milage chart, for this just a general procedure interval (at every oil change) which per Ford = 10,000 Miles or Oil Life Monitor indicates it.
Most as well as I ignore that and change between 5 and 6 K and do the Tire Rotation & Balance then.
Norm is about = 5K to 7K Miles (Every) and Pattern (Fronts X (Cross to Back) / Backs Straight (Fwd.)
a variant is to cross all 4 tires.

To get a better confirmation.
Tread Depth Gauge - Inner Edge, Center and Outer Edge and compare the measurements.

I can't see any irregular wear, but if you are sure you are getting it after an alignment and rotation, it likely is the tires. It happens from time to time, you get a bad tire(s).

Good evening. My Generals lasted only 19,000 miles with in-town driving. I do have a 1 1/2” level. I rotated them twice. They wore very strange on the side and were very loud at the end. The Generals only have a 12,000 mile factory warranty, as I understand it. FYI. I purchased Cooper Discoverer from Walmart. They are 10 ply. I’ve been happy with them so far.

Sorry for the poor pics, every time I get out of work it’s getting dark already and hard to see. My truck has under 15.5k miles and is cupping the right tires. It’s got a wavy effect that can be seen as you run your hand along the outer edge of the tire.

I’m not sure why the left tires aren’t doing this, and also don’t have as much outer wear.

I run stock PSI (39 all around), have done both a balancing and alignment at 10k, and do not corner hard (max 30MPH on highway off ramps and clover leaf turns, which is maybe 5 over the suggested hazard signs).

At this rate my tires will probably be done at 45k miles. Is this much wear normal?

Yikes, only 19k miles! Glad the Coopers are doing good for you. I didn’t think the stock A/T Generals would last so short!

I've run Falken Wildpeak and Cooper AT3 and both lasted at least 50K miles...I get more than 19K with sports car tires on my Mini Cooper...not sure what is going on but somethings messed up....

All you have to do is tell the bus you have to go home early due to a bad case of anal glaucoma (third time of seeing your ass working) and then go out to the truck early get pictures and then go enjoy the rest of your day lol

Cupping is typically a byproduct of a few things. Lack of rotation and balancing, bad shocks/struts, or misalignment, or a combination of the three.
Air pressure could be an issue as well.

Corporate drone. Dilbert's world is alive & well.
Tremor/Generals. 11K plus on mine. Already rotated twice. Always shoot for 5K rotation. Especially with off road tires. So far wearing smooth as a baby's ass.

Now, my SIL has a '21 Tremor. He does zero maintenance himself. To the shop for everything. Mostly I try to keep my mouth shut. To each his own. But he didn't rotate the Generals on his truck until about 40K miles.:surprised: Those tires are shot. He's still running them.

Historically I get high tire mileage out of all of my vehicles. Expect the same for my Tremor. While it's early, I see nothing to indicate this truck will be any different.

Years ago on my Nissan Frontier POS (NISMO) original tires were toast at 30K. I ran them longer just out of spite/anger at such shitty original equipment tires. (Wife never drove it or I'd not have done so.) Finally gave up @36K maybe? Installed BFG All Terrains. Would have to check my old mnt. records but pretty sure I got 70K+ out of that set. Then installed Goodyear Wranglers. Got even more miles out of those. Traded in the truck with @186K on it and the Wranglers had a ton of tread left. When the time comes will evaluate Wranglers simply due to the service they gave me then.

Edit: Should have clarified: The Nissan was about 75%+ highway miles. Used it for work. Averaged about 30K per year for work.

I recall the tires that were on your truck since Nissan did have those for a while until switching around 2015 I think. I don't think anyone got close to 40K with those tires in particular. When they changed to the Hankook Dynapro ATM it was an improvement on mileage lift and I was able to get just over 50K(the rated mileage for the tires)
