Ranch fiberglass cap company has been around a long time. We were a dealer for them (I believe in the 80's) and they were a very well made cap.

Do you happen to know the weight limits for the roof rack?
When racks are mounted to a fiberglass cap's roof (or aluminum cap), it isn't so much about how much the roof racks are rated to carry, but what the shell of the cap is able to carry. Usually it's no more than 200 lbs. but I know some racks say up to 300 lbs. If you need to carry more weight than that, better to get the steel or aluminum racks that encompass the cap and don't mount into the shell of the cap.
