Not cheap by any means, but provides a nice update to the interior of the 5th-gen Rangers.

Its in pieces. I am just starting a full restoration on it. I'll pull the engine and transmission this spring to get it media blasted and primed.

Having put a nice looking stereo in my Audi that I found on Amazon, I would never go this route again. And in fact less than a year later ripped it out to install a "Kenwood" unit. Before buying any aftermarket Stereo, you should take into consideration the boot time or startup time of the head unit. For mine it was a Android based stereo which was beautiful and loaded with features, a DSP on the audio, dual tuners, HD Radio, front and rear cameras etc... However the startup time of this unit was beyond usable. Like rebooting your smart phone every time you turned the key on and wanted to drive, making the camera's useless. (The Kenwood instantly powers on like a factory unit). Just something to consider...

Would be interested in this because it fixes the center stack cheapness which is the thing I dislike about the truck. Really dates it. But I don’t want to be the first to try it. Hopefully someone can figure out how to retain the factory backup camera. So go for it and let us know !

Impressed that they were able to get all the functions to interface with the vehicles communications systems without issues. Looks nice, but lack of hard buttons is a bit of a downside. I can't imagine performance and longevity is on par with the original equipment either. Still nice to see some unique ideas coming from the aftermarket.

Yeah, I can't imagine why that is there, but it may be customizable.

Not a bad price and something to consider for an updated look when the warranty runs out on my 2020. As someone already stated, a lot of these systems that look good on Amazon turn out to be crap but I will definitely keep an eye on this to see if anyone decides to be the beta tester

I had a BMW awhile back that I swapped out the screen with a chinese android screen and it actually worked really well until I sold the car. $1300 is an expensive beta test, but you can always put your factory setup back in. Looks like it is all plug and play.
Anyways, I won't be doing anything like this for awhile, but figured I would post it here in case anyone was interested.
